Pastel colours in Earl’s Court

Earl’s Court is typically the kinf of area where I would have never thought I could go for such a pretty little stroll. Residential part of London close to Chelsea and South Kensington, I’ve always pictured it as a boring west London French district. So, when I had to go for a meeting on a fairly sunny monday, I took my camera and gave it a go. After all, it was now or never to give it a chance. And I’m so glad I went!

It all started at Spear Mews, a lovely mews close to the tube station. One of the most adorable one I’ve seen in London. Peaceful, colourful and so pretty. Finding hidden mews in London always brings so much joy! They are as unexpected as they are beautiful. Perfect combo!

As I left the tube to reach the mews, I walked past a street that caught my attention. I spotted bright colors and a sort of village atmosphere from the other road. I wasn’t really sure of what I saw or what to expect but decided to go back to Kenway Road.

And once again, that was a good idea. I ended up in a row of colourful and empty streets. The kind of discoveries we all love in London and that makes us love London even more.

The first steps in the street were lovely. But nothing compared to what was left.

If you want to get there, it’s all located a few streets away from Earl’s Court tube station.
